MyNation Hope Foundation, an NGO for equal rights supporting Men and their families, have worked over a period of time and collated 101 cases of murder and crimes by Indian women for the past six months. The NGO, headed by Rudolph D’souza has been into force since past two decades and has been aiding and guiding men to emerge stronger and victorious through false cases.
The paper published by Rudolph D’souza and teammates, Aman Kumar and Amit Srivastava is a ready reckoner for anyone who wishes to read crimes by women in India in the past six months.
Abstract From The Paper
There is a woman behind every crime listed above, either she is involved directly abusing/abetting or killing a man or is the reason for the crime. In India, Women are empowered to kill anyone and most of the times they escape punishment because of the biased Indian laws which are favourable to Women and encourage them to take the lead in a crime. She will get away even though she is abetting suicide of a man and even if she is charged, she will hardly be sentenced for 2/3 years. But if a man is convicted, he will get a life in prison which shows how the Indian Judiciary is biased.
The term “Crimes by Indian women” covers a broad range of atrocities, harassment, false cases, violent acts committed by Women on men mostly on her husband / partner.
We agree with Maneka Gandhi’s statement “All the violence is male-generated” but it’s an incomplete sentence; it should be “All the violence is male-generated, for the women, by the women.” If you see news listed above, most of the times women are the master minds behind the murder, harassment and abuse of the husbands, but their vicious plan are executed by their lovers/paramours or male member of their family.
Majority of the men are ashamed to come forward to report such daily abuse in the hands of their wives. Most of the news report we collected reveal that almost all accused women use their gender to get away with the crime they committed, even if the partner/husband is killed. Indian courts are lenient towards women and they are sentenced to less than 2/3 years for the murder of the husband. Law always portray women as Abla Nari (Victim/Innocent) and concludes how her husband was killed by her while defending herself from his abuse. Dead men will not speak, Indian Police will not investigate nor do Indian courts take any suo moto to charge such criminal women.
